3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is accessible only to authorized persons within Delta Pro, within the limits of their respective roles. We use the following sub-processors for data processing: • Supabase Inc.: secure hosting and storage of form submissions and testimonials • Vercel Inc.: website hosting These sub-processors are contractually bound to respect the confidentiality and security of your data in accordance with the GDPR. Your personal data is never sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.

Some of your data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union, particularly to the United States as part of the use of Supabase and Vercel services.
